Mduduzi Seakamela Mduduzi Seakamela

Mduduzi has just started his MSc which will be investigating the effects of variation in population management and research methods of the Cape fur seal (Arctocephallus pusillus pusillus).His supervisors are Les Underhill (ADU), Marthan Bester (Mammal Research Institute, University of Pretoria) and Stephen Kirkman (ADU).

Qualifications and experience

Mduduzi graduated from University of the Pretoria in 2006, with zoology honours, which was preceded by Undergraduate degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. His honours project was on the spatio-temporal trends in cephalopod component of the Cape fur seal's diet. Mduduzi is based at the Marine and Coastal Management's offices where he helps with some to predator projects.
