SOUTHERN AFRICAN MINERAL DEPOSITS
Hydrothermal vein with coarse pyrite and arsenopyrite set in quartz gangue. Elandshoogte gold mine. Sulphide-rich bands in Fig Tree shales, Fairview Gold Mine, Barberton.
Buckshot pyrite grains in the matrix of a quartz pebble conglomerate, Ventersdorp Contact Reef.
