Welcome. This website provides information about the collaborative research project being conducted in the Silvermine section of Table Mountain National Park.

This experiment is investigating the effects of an important component of predicted climate change, that of drought, on fynbos floral diversity.

This project is a joint undertaking of the University of Cape Town, the South African National Biodiversity Institute and the University of California, Berkeley.
